Wildwood Body Wash

The scented hand and body was that gives "forest bathing" a literal interpretation.

The scent: Fir, black spruce, and vetiver in a coconut-derived, pH balanced soap base. Sharp and green when the water hits warm, then deeper and more resinous as the steam builds. Blue tansy adds unexpected softness. Benzoin and turmeric bring warmth you will not find in any other body wash.

The formula: Most body washes strip your skin's natural moisture barrier and leave you reaching for lotion before you've even dried off. This one doesn't. The surfactants are coconut-derived — gentle enough to clean without disrupting your skin's pH, which sits naturally around 4.5–5.5. Ours is formulated to 7 without dilution, so once it's added to your warm water it will stay within a targeted range so your skin isn't working to recover after every shower. Pro-vitamin B5 (panthenol) pulls moisture into the skin and helps it stay there. Aloe vera extract calms and soothes. Squalane adds a layer of moisture that stays with you. It works as a hand wash, body wash, or bubble bath — and it lathers better with a loofah because natural surfactants are different from synthetic ones, which is worth knowing.
